The Immensity workout schedule is as follows: Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and again from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
During a typical Immensity workout, you can expect a combination of corrective exercises, resistance training, low-impact cardio, and mobility revitalization movements. Each session is designed to improve your overall strength, flexibility, and endurance while minimizing the risk of injury. The focus is on enhancing your body's functionality through personalized exercises that cater to your individual needs and goals, ensuring a balanced and effective workout experience.
Our boot camp workouts are designed to work every muscle in your body, giving you a full-body workout that will help you build strength and lose fat.
Our trainers are certified and experienced, and will provide you with the guidance and support you need to reach your fitness goals. They'll push you to your limits and help you achieve results you never thought possible.
